Breaking Mental Barriers
There are times when we “just don’t feel like it” but we know its essential to DO in order to move forward. There is great power in knowing the difference between intuition and logic. There is also great power in knowing when to apply logic to emotions. Breaking mental barriers can be a tricky challenge but nonetheless IT’S POSSIBLE. Next time you’re about to do something and your old habits try to get in the way and stop you. Make sure you PERSIST and leave the emotions and negative doubt at the door. This will eventually become a habit and you will become UNSTOPABLE!
